First Important Note: The better the photograph, the better the results. We typically want .jpg, .bmp, .gif, or .tif files with of atleast 300 dpi and within 20% of the actual image size (on the finished product).

Second Important Note: The photograph or artwork should fit the space where it will be used. It is very difficult to fit a tall and narrow photo in to a square space (you leave lots of white space around a very small image.) The same goes for a square photo in wide space.

Third Imporant Note: Be Creative! Describe in detail how you want the finished product to look. If you would like, we can add text to your photo.

3. In the body of the message, tell us:
4. Your name and contact information.
5. Please include an e-mail address and phone number where we can contact you.
6. If ordering multiple items, tell us which item the instructions are for.
7. Describe how you want the item to look, where the photo(s) are to be placed.
8. Describe any text or other graphics you want added.
9. Describe the type or style of font you would like used and its color
10. If we need to crop the picture, tell us what the main subject is.
11. Attach the photo(s) and or artwork to the e-mail message.
12. Send us the e-mail.

We will do everything we can to make your dream design become a reality on your personalized gift or award. However, additional work may be needed depending on the original photo or graphics supplied to us. We will always contact you for approval if there will be an additional charge to work on your project.

Copyrighted Materials: We can not reproduce copyrighted materials (including studio photos) without the written permission of the copyright holder. This also includes company and team logos.

Color Matching: We do our best to match the color of the photographs and artwork you provide us. However, the sublimation process used is not exact. We will not be responsible for minor differences in color.
